Just PDF is committed to your satisfaction. If you experience any issues with our service, please review the refund policy below and contact us.

1. Refund Policy

You may request a refund within 14 days of your paid plan purchase date.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

  • If you have used the service after payment (PDF upload, AI chat, etc.)
  • If the refund request period (14 days) has elapsed

3. Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Actual posting times may vary depending on your card issuer's policies.

4. Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from My Account > Subscription Management.
  • After cancellation, you can continue to use the service until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund. Please submit a separate refund request if needed.

  • Body: Payment date, payment amount, reason for refund
